Citizens’ Greener Evanston and the City of Evanston are partnering to present a panel presentation and discussion on drinking water in Evanston. Green Drinks is a periodic gathering of community members discuss different sustainability topics, oftentimes inviting speakers and presenters to address the group.
This Green Drinks is in conjunction with National Drinking Water Week celebrations. National Drinking Water Week is a week long celebration of the importance of access to healthy and clean drinking water. The City of Evanston is hosting numerous events throughout the week of May 3rd – May 9th. This year’s theme for Evanston’s celebrations is: Drinkability – the ability to have clean, safe, reliable water whenever it is needed.
